Interest Inventory for Differentiation - Monday Made It

I'm linking up again with Tara over at 4th Grade Frolics for Made It Monday! I love this Linky as it's a great way to see amazing things being made out there by some very crafty people. I am the opposite of crafty...but...here's something I made that's kinda cute and USEFUL. I may not do crafty, but I do useful :)

This is an Interest Inventory that I use with my classes on the second or third day of school. And right now it's FREE on my Teachers pay Teachers store! It will only remain free through Wednesday 7/9/2014, and then it will go back to it's regular price (which is still only $1.00!).

There are several short questions in the inventory that will help me to assign group projects and products to students, based on their choice. I use a lot of differentiation in class, and this helps me to organize a few activities right at the start of the year, as well as get to know my students a little better.

There are many different inventories out there, and I've used many of them over the years. But I never actually used most of the information obtained through those other surveys. This one is short, to the point, and gives specific information that can be useful right away.

Please let me know if you have any questions, if you like it, or if you'd recommend any changes. I love the feedback!

Thanks again Tara, for the great Linky Party!

  1. I love the to the point type of questions you have. I also like how you asked who they would like to work with this year. Thanks for this freebie!
